· Cloud Platform - Understanding of cloud platforms including IBM Cloud,RedHat Openshift and Azure platform services, hybrid cloud technologies, developer tools and services and/or complementing solutions.
· Ability to engage with developers and IT architects as trusted advisors. Ability to articulate and present the business value of Cloud vendors apps and infrastructure related cloud solutions and have firm understanding of strategies and products relative to major competitors.
· Leadership - Experience leading large cloud deals especially those involving application portfolio modernization and migration, ERP on cloud, big compute.
· P&L management of the accountProfit, Signings and Growing business with the large Accounts.
· Experience in total management of the Strategic Outsourcing solutions (multiple IBM Brands) that will be deployed across multiple countries and organizations.
· Proven knowledge and experience in the management of complex GBS engagements with multidisciplinary teams across countries.
· Experience of Managing the Sales and Solutioning cycles for large scale multi million deal. Key wins include Nestle,BMW,IAG,FIFA,Mettler Toledo.
· Service leader of an IBM team who can deliver an Services, Projects and long-term annuity-based contracts to a client.
· Experience in effective and sustainable management of sourcing, capacity and risks in terms of budget and resource mix (on-shore, off-shore)
· Lead, motivate, integrate and orchestrate the account organization into an excellent team to deliver value of IBM’s products and services to their client.
· Define approach, Design and Implement Processes and Tools to ensure Build automation, Continuous Integration and Continous Deployment across all Solution teams
· Industry experience in the Consumer Products/Retail,Electronics and Industrial Products industry
