·        Deep understanding of the Red Hat OpenShift cluster, container, and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) space assisting in cluster builds, deployments, and administration

·        Extensive experience with cloud and container-based technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift, from creating initial Development Pipelines through to Production

·        Experience in designing, implementing and automating end-to-end Continuous Build, Integration, Delivery, Release and Deployment processes and pipelines

·        Hands-on experience in working with Kafka ecosystem (Kafka Brokers, Kafka Connect, Zookeeper), Kafka administration, configuration, and troubleshooting

·        Responsible for Cloud Services infrastructure (deployment, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting).

·        Experience on Infrastructure as a code (IaC) using Ansibleand Terraform

·        Creating automated workflows and orchestration using Ansible Tower

·        Experience with Cloud APIs (AWS, Azure)

·        Address the customer's technical, development, and strategic IT requirements as the main point of contact

·        Deliver key portfolio updates and assist customers with product upgrade
