●       Interacted with Operations Team to collect requirement and domain knowledge

●       Extracted data from Graph ql Monday API and Toggl REST API

●       Used incremental load to create historic data.

2.Ticket Dashboard-

Duration :3.5 Months (5-9-2022 to 18-12-2022)

Technical Skills      : Qliksense, Zendesk ,REST API

It is an operational dashboard used for effective daily customer support management that provides a comprehensive overview of daily support performance. It helps to monitor, analyze and optimize the ticket system.

3.Training and Survey dashboard-

Duration :2.5 Months ( 20-05-2022 to 10-08-2022)

This dashboard displays analysis of training completed successfully or partially and survey overview basis of metrics to monitor surveys by category, survey responses, and metrics related to survey responses.
