You will work across every stage of the Experience, from designing new features to prototyping high fidelity solutions. The Customer Experience Design Capability is the bridge between business strategy and technology — we create meaningful, holistic experiences for our clients and their customers. We are multiskilled thinkers, computational designers, environmental designers, researchers, and architects.
Championing discovery, research and data synthesization to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses to design effective experiences. Producing high quality UX design solutions through low fidelity sketches, medium fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flow diagrams, and final UX specifications.
Possessing a strong POV on craft, tools and process. Communicating with a strong aesthetic and influential voice to shape and position ideas for customer impact. Collaborating with teams on development of motion, content strategy, visual design, and content.
Proposing optimizations and creative approaches to UX systems that can drive impact for user business needs more. Facilitating workshops and brainstorming activities with stakeholders across geographies
Developing strong relationships across a project team, specifically technical talent and software developers. Lead and manage small project tracks autonomously. Developing specification documentation that allow for implementation in software development.
A creative, thoughtful and customer obsessed user-experience designer.
Exceptional at creating wireframes and prototypes for digital products with familiarity of 2-3 tools, having advanced experience with at least 1 tool.
Proficient at facilitating research and data analysis to identify critical user insights.
A bachelor's or master’s degree holder in design-related discipline or relevant industry experience.
A solid communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesize helpful feedback, and facilitate design discussions.
