About the Role :

Bounce has recently forayed into building India’s first consumer electric scooter with swappable batteries. We will be starting to deliver these scooters by March and are currently working on the digital ecosystem for this electric scooter.
You will be part of the Bounce Infinity team which is responsible for building products such as Battery Swapping Station, App for vehicle control, pricing and subscription plans for Swap station and much more interesting things in the mobility ecosystem.

As a Product Manager at Bounce, we expect you to :

Have an astute customer understanding; a very customer-focused approach to solving a problem

1st principle thinking; the ability to build products from scratch and the vision to scale it

Solve complicated problems with elegant, simple solutions.
Data-oriented approach, a key eye for numbers, market insights, and an appetite for business context and metrics
Owner mentality; willingness to take initiatives, the accountability to dive closure.
The ability to collaborate & communicate with cross-functional teams yet the assertiveness and influence to rally people around ’right’ products

What You'll Need :

3+ years of experience in product management in a top tier product company
Track record of shipping products and features with clean and solid consumer facing UI
Prior experience working on BLE operated vehicles and connections
Experience in prioritising from a long list of features ensuring maximisation of ROI
