Key Roles & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Enable new feature requirements in our Managed Apps offering portfolio

·         Driving innovative automation solutions

·         Designing an intuitive solution and/or tooling

·         Coding the solution and/or tooling

·         Validating/Testing the solution and/or tooling

·         Trouble shoot and support the software solution and/or tooling as needed

·         Learning new technologies and applying the best techniques for a specific problem

·         Solving problems!

·         End to end development of assigned Stories/Epics related to SAP builds

·         Understanding of coding best practices, test plans and testing phases

·         Understand agile methodologies & DevOps

·         Write clean, modular and unit testable code

 Required Skills

·         Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT domain

·         Basic OS’s (RedHat, SuSe, AIX, Windows) knowledge and troubleshooting

·                    Scripting knowledge on shell, python, ruby, batch, power shell

·                    Good in Chef infrastructure as code, Chef Automate, InSpecs

·                    Cloud Infrastructure experience

·                    SAP and its products knowledge

·                    Knowledge of databases - DB2, Sybase, Oracle, is preferred

·         Ansible working experience and knowledge

·         Efficient verbal and written communication skills is must

·         Development Tooling and concepts: github, agile, CI/CD

·         High Availability skills (e.g Linux pacemaker or PowerHA)

·         Automation platforms: Kubernetes k8s runtime, Chef, Ansible, Jenkins

·         Application skills: SAP (on a high level), ABAP

·         SAP Products: SAP Netweaver (ECC, BW, S/4, Solman, SAP Fiori, PI, etc.)

·         Databases: SAP HANA, DB2, SQL, Sybase IQ/ASE, MaxDB, Oracle

·         Cloud Infrastructure skills: Virtualization (VMWare, POWER), IBM Cloud, Cloud Architecture

·         Cloud platforms: IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure

Qualification

Any Degree, BE/B.Tech or MCA from a reputed institute
