Job Description:
• 8+ years in embedded hardware architecture design
• 8+ years of Embedded Hardware design, including designing/reading schematics and PCB board
layout
• 8+ years of experience testing embedded hardware systems, including regulatory and safety
testing
• Ability to work with external teams to collect design requirements
• Experience writing hardware requirements and documentation
• Experience in digital circuit designs
• Experience in analog circuit designs
• Excellent knowledge of interface protocols including, USB, CAN, SPI, I2C, UART
• Knowledge of Wireless designs, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
• Hardware End of line testing
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical product life cycle development
• Familiarity with manufacturing datasheet/s for component compatibility
• Familiarity with embedded hardware and software integration trade-offs (COGs, Component reuse, Code reuse, Supply Chain Part Shortages/Concerns, … etc.)
• Working knowledge of oscilloscope
• Knowledge of agile methodology, JIRA, confluence, git, bitbucket tools is a must.
Should have background from Product Engg, Prospective.
• Agile scrum methodology
Job Responsibilities
• Create Hardware Requirement Documents and work with a broader team to refine as needed
• Creating user stories and acceptance tests that clearly articulate requirements for each feature or
change request
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for embedded hardware products
• Reviewing prototypes or other proofs of concept for feasibility before allowing them to move to the
next stage of development
• Verifying that the finished product meets the needs of customers by reviewing quality assurance
test reports, conducting usability tests, or reviewing customer feedback
• Communicating project status and roadblocks to other team members
• Provide technical leadership for Analog and Digital Circuit Design, Hardware Designing, Design,
Schematic design for embedded products
• Collaborates with embedded software and hardware team to develop solutions to design
requirements
• Dig into the deep understanding of how the architectural interaction between embedded hardware
and firmware
• Cross-platform development of complete systems
• Serve as an expert in Embedded Hardware Design, Embedded hardware schematics/PCB
layouts, and software architecture
• Work in an agile development environment and participate in sprint activities to plan and produce
high-quality deliverables
