Project/Tech Lead

Primary Skill: Java Script, Node JS, TypeScript, Express JS, AWS, MongoDB, RDMS

What you'll be doing:

Code, test and operate node.js based Components & Services
Enabling the team by guiding and providing support in resolving Service related issues
Ensure Quality of deliverables adhering to coding standards and Best practices
Perform code reviews and acceptance process in order to improve methodology and delivery.
Perform unit testing and identify, troubleshoot and solve code-related issues as needed.
Be constantly involved in design and development of new and exciting micro-features to add to the current product offerings.
Provide leadership and mentor a group of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment and guide the team in resolving technical issues.
Manage and drive complex technical projects from the planning stage through execution.
Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of OOP concepts
Strong knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases like, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Server , MongoDB, etc.
Java Script, Node JS, TypeScript, Express JS, REST API, SOAP APIs
AWS web services and cloud computing, Serverless functions
Database- MongoDB, MySQL/Postgres, MSSQL Server
Excellent coding skill in Node.js, JavaScript, Type Script
Knowledge of API testing and documentation tools like, Postman, Swagger, etc
Working Knowledge in git
Good knowledge on Agile scrum.
Ability to take full ownership of tasks
Strong team management skills
Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
Strong Debugging Skills with Knowledge on good coding Practices.
Must possess exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, solution-focused with the ability to understand complex problems and articulate them into simple issues and solutions.
A passion for coding and keeping up to date with new technologies, frameworks and techniques.
