Roles and Responsibilities:

●       Working as O365 Administration in Caesars Entertainment project.

●       Working Experience on Distribution Group, Mailbox and Shared Mailbox.

●       Good understanding on Autodiscover andOutlook/Registry/MFCMapi/SaRA.

●       Mail flow troubleshooting -spam/quarantine/phishing/attachment/NDR/Holds.

●       Archiving troubleshooting - Mailbox/Retention Policy/Retention Tags/Extending Archive Mailbox and MFA.

●       Have experience in eDiscovery/Content Search/PST creation and mapping.

●       Troubleshooting O365 User login issues and Mail flow issues.

●       Daily O365 Health Check, O365 Licensing, and Calendar/Permission/Delegation.

●       Since working in Hybrid Environment working on Azure Active Directory/Azure AD Connect Tool/Delta syncing through Azure AD Connect from On-Prem to O365.

●       Performing O365 License Reclamation activities weekly/monthly/as per requirement.

●       Responsible for Project Documentation Updates, Governance & Delivery of Azure resources, Business Process Definition,

●       Perform Root Cause Analysis of problems, propose and implement remediation actions.
