Supported on CAE simulations of automotive closure systems for durability; durability of interior plastic trims; crash/impact simulation on IP/Cockpit, interior plastic trims.

Currently working on different projects – static linear, non-linear with contacts, impact/explicit simulations, also involved in multiple projects on optimization. Worked onsite at automotive OEM full vehicle level – correlated all physical field failures with CAE simulation by fatigue, Engine mounting brackets failure, exhaust mounting brackets failure due to Vibration loads.

Have worked on number of projects for EV customers – Battery, motor, controller, electronic hardware; executed CAE simulations for NVH, Crash, Durability, MBD; test correlation activities; New methods/DVPs development to reduce physical testing needs; currently engaged with virtual validation of EV 2 wheelers – subsystem level, full vehicle level
