Proven experience of documenting Aadhaar Policy and Procedure, SLA Management documentation as per the compliance/ Standard requirement.

Managing/Tracking Authentication Operations (Onboarding, Services, Invoicing, and Audit, Data Analysis and Data Presentations, Tracking Audit Gaps, GRCP Compliances).

Managing and Working closely with Managed service provides (MSP) for Website Updation and Transaction data monitoring for pricing and billing.

Liaison with various teams to ensure compliances in deliverables as per Governance, Risk, Compliance and Performance (GRCP).

Planning & Delivering CRM strategies across the Authentication Division in view to customer satisfaction. Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategies works well for every aspect of the UIDAI services.
