Create and design questioner forms in CAPI and CRM
o Design logic in CAPI Form.
o Test the questionnaire design.
o UAT before rollout.
o Follow deployment lifecycle from project initiation to rollout of analysis forms.
o Sql queries for ease in Reports as per analytic team format.
o Provide Adhoc reports to stakeholders.
o Create and maintain production Database.
o Deploy Forms and application on Tabs.
o Campaign and report management in CRM and CAPI
o Monitor and log any issues reported from Quality and Operation team.
o Ensure SMS and OTP services.
o Liaise with vendor for CRM, SMS, CAPI support.
o Report and highlight issues in ticketing tool and resolve the same.
o Document changes and maintain SOP’s and policy for Audits.
o Ensure the data is provided to quality, operation and analyst team.
o Record all change request and downtime reports in Ticketing tool.
o Update and maintain KB for now issues.
o Support operation on CAPI application thru ticketing tool
o Maintain password in repository and record any changes
