Description               :          The purpose of Audit letter handling process is to fulfill requests from auditors who have been granted the right to independently review the financial details of an HSBC customer from HANGKONG. For every Request from the auditor one unique case will be created to track throughout the process. The final Audit report of customer will be sent out through either email or through courier based on user choice. This is internal bank staff web application. The API’s includes different modules which perform the retrieve, save and update operation from Oracle database and consume the external API which developed by other teams.

Responsibilities       :

·        Requirement Understanding and involved on design discussions.

·        Implemented Restful services and performed unit testing.

·        Troubleshooting and resolving the reported issues and replying to queries in a timely manner

·        Code reviews, merge process, continuous integration, and delivery (CI/CD) methodologywith Jenkins

·        Coordination with onshore.
