Responsible for end-to-end design, development, deployment, and delivery of chatbots. Worked in the Customer Success team to deliver bots for different business units inside the organization. Developed multiple bots of different use-case which include internal and external facing, conversational and transactional bots. Crafted Libraries and reusable components for internal consumption. Analyzed chat transcripts from the production and undertaken continuous re-training.
