Job Responsibilities

●       Complete analysis and investigation of alerts at primary and secondary level.

●       Analysis of typologies based alerts – Change in Behavior, Potential Structuring, High Risk Geography, Large Reportable Transaction, Effectively perform Outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.

●       Liaising with relationship managers for further information required on investigations. Conducting monthly and weekly calls on pending information requests.

●       In depth prepare the data for the client as per requirement, and forward to the quality teams.

●       Escalating cases for further investigation, filing and report of company revenue based on guidelines.
