Project Synopsis:

1)     Project Name: Intranet Portal Revamp & Migration

Responsibilities: Analysis & Requirement Gathering, Client Communication, System Architecture Design, Solution Design, Core implementation, Deployment on QA\Production Environment

Project Description: The purpose of the project was revamping the portal UI & features, make it compatible with SharePoint Online as a future migration. As a part of this upgrade, the client was looking to implementing few new functional enhancements on SharePoint Online (Office 365) in support of its strategic plan to enhance internal employee communication.

SPFx was used to implement custom functionality and dashboards, mega hamburger menu, news feed, insights, stories, listing pages, surface site over Teams and so on.

Technology: SharePoint Online (Office 365), SharePoint Framework (SPFx) webparts, Power Automate, Teams, PowerApps, Viva Connections.

2)     Project Name: SharePoint modernization - Event Request Management

Responsibilities: Analysis & Requirement Gathering, Client Communication, System Architecture Design, Solution Design, Core implementation, Deployment on QA\Production Environment.

Project Description: Modernization of the company tool including site build and process automation. The system includes creation and management of event requests using custom forms and flows.

SPFx web parts were used to implement custom forms and dashboards. Custom O365 organization profile theming utilized within the O365 admin tenant to adjust coloring of O365 tool bar and add a logo. The system serves as a SharePoint hub site.

Below are the major features/modules inside the project:

·        Custom SPFx web parts to create and manage event requests

o  SPFx event creation forms: New Event Request form, Provider Coordinated Event form, Community event form, Add Account form

o  SPFx event modification form: Contextual Menu functions including View Event, Change Event, Update Pricing Worksheet, Schedule Planning Call

o  Event Calendar webpart: Load current events and list related data

·        Process automation using Power Automate flows

o  Multi-service event, Provider Contacts, Email Alerts

3)     Project Name: Health services provider Intranet

Responsibilities: Analysis & Requirement Gathering, Client Communication, System Architecture Design, Solution Design, Core implementation, Deployment on QA\Production Environment.

Project Description: The project includes configuration of hospital hub site and associated department sites like Accounting & Payroll, Administration, Education, Employee Health, Foundation and more.

SharePoint custom lists were integrated with PowerApps forms for easy user input and the existing manual processes were replaced with automated approval workflows to minimize manual errors.

Below are the major features/modules inside the project:

·        PowerApps integrated custom list forms

o  Sick Report Call: Ability to submit a sick call report by a manager in web enabled form

o  Patients experience Forms: Ability to post an event with date and time for all employees to sign up for the event in Events list

o  Education Sign Up Forms: Events can be posted by the department admins by adding a new event choice in the Event Sign Up list

o  Trespass Form: Ability for the department admins to post information about a person with all the details.

·        Wellness Tracker: The purpose is to provide incentive to all the caregivers with a simple program that rewards one for engaging in improvement or maintenance of one’s own health.

o  Ability for an employee to submit their wellness details on web enabled wellness tracker form.

·        Power Automate - Approval Flows

o  Multiple Events Sign-Up

o  New Caregiver Culture Orientation

o  Sick Call Report

o  User Permissions Implementation

·        Food menu view: View formatting
