RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produced the Consolidated Project Dashboard and supported the Performance Measurement Dashboard on schedule to support Manhattan Associates, Inc. Software Group management processes Work in teams to deploy and maintain new data center infrastructure.
• Used the ITIL services lifecycle including the link between lifecycle stage, the process used and their contribution to services management practice.

·        Used Project Management Methodology (PPM) analysis and collect. • Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting of Networking Equipment’s: Routers and Switches. Managing, Maintaining and Configuring an Internet work with the help of WAN technologies like PPP, Frame-relay, dedicated T1s, ISDN and Routing Protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, RIP and RIPv2. Introductory knowledge of Layer-2 Switching, Vlan’s and Access-list.
• Basic knowledge of Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Voice over IP (VoIP), Firewall PIX, Cisco Call Manager and routing protocol BGP

• Extensive knowledge of all feature of PowerPoint software, collaborate with manager in designing effective presentations. Conceptualized and design presentation for clients by created and incorporated chart graphs and other visual add in PowerPoint also update existing presentations make them fresher. Kept abreast of all new Project feature for PowerPoint with release of new software versions.
• Conduct the Regular Team meeting and Scrum meeting with Project team member and also with other stakeholder and noted down the meeting minute and publish it on daily base and all minutes of meetings are store in MS WORD The main feature of MS Word include the ability to arrange manually entered or copied text and images into digital document. Words sentences and paragraphs are easily inserted , deleted and altered through the word processing Project’s user interface
• As a Project Manager maintain the SOW which define the project-specific activity, deliverable and timeline for the vendor providing services to the client.

·        Handled four different scrum set of team working on the common set of requirement. Foster an open communication with product owner and different manager regarding the status of the teams.
