Description : A KYC system facilitates the business in identifying and verifying the identity of its clients/customers in order to regulate and govern the process of registering new customers who bought SIM cards and then activating, provisioning, barring, unbarring, SIM swap, hotline, and blacklisting the services on the same. This app(mobile/web) also provides with various reports & important KPIs.
Roles and Responsibilities
F Discussion with customers for freezing requirements and provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration.
F Guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.
F Ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.
F Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation.
F Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability.
F Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
