• Description: It is a Rest Web service to build out a CTI service that can be leveraged by Keybank other FIS Banking LOBs to pass data from Nuance IVR to Nice ACD. This service read and stores the data from Nuance into a Cassandra table. This service is invoked on Nice to pull back the data from the Cassandra table and pass it onto the ACD.

● Technology: Spring Boot, Cassandra, JPA, Postman, Swagger, Kibana, etc.

● Role and Responsibilities: o GET API to retrieve CTI data from Cassandra table and tested on Postman o POST and PUT API to add the CTI data into Cassandra table o Unit Testing of API’s by using Mockito framework o Implemented Integration test cases. o Created swagger documentation o Applied AES Encryption to store the encrypted data into Table and AES Decryption to decrypt the data in GET API o Implemented JWT authentication o Externalized the configuration 2. US IVR

● Description: It is a webservice for fetching and adding the information for US Integrated Payments. It is used in IVR. IVR is a technology that allows us to interact with a computer-operated phone system with the use of voice and DTMF tones input via a keypad. .

● Description: HealthCareSys is a web-based application, primarily based on the US Health Care Domain. This system is used to manage the health insurance information for an American Client. The project has different modules right from patient enrollment, diagnosis is done by a physician, exporting diagnosis data to CMS, billing, Revenue reconciliation, etc. I contributed to Risk Adjustment Module. It is used to add the claim data into a system for a member. Basically, it deals with the amount of claims a member will get. This data will be useful for revenue reconciliation for calculating payments and identifying the forecast changes in revenue if required.

● Technology: Spring MVC, SQL Server, Hibernate, JPA, iReport, Mockito, Jenkins, liquibase

● Role and Responsibilities: o Handling Java development including designing, troubleshooting, and debugging application as per requirements in aggressive timelines o Performing unit tests on the developed module to ensure good quality o Identifying and resolving bugs and issues in the respective environment o Guided project members for the jasper report
