    Team Lead (IT) Roles:-

Ø Managing IT 's Technical and operational Issues (NOC)

Ø Coordination with different customer.   

Ø Manage the third party vendor management

Ø Co-ordinate with third party vendor for Project Proposal and Quotations.

Ø Daily Monitoring the System Performance and Check lists for / AD Server / Patch Server / Ticket status report etc.

Ø Report to IT project manager for every project progress update and any changes requirements

 Azure Cloud Support Roles:-

Ø Working on Azure and Data Center Consolidated Project.

Ø Cloud support on Azure (Creating and managing VM , Vnet, NSG, Blob, Azure

Ø Involved in configuring virtual machines, storage accounts, and resource groups.

Ø Using Azure AD Connect for connecting on-premises identity infrastructure to Microsoft Azure AD.

Ø Using terraform and Git tool for automation

Ø Understanding on Azure site recovery.

Ø Understanding Load Balancer, Network SG, Application Gateway, Availability set.

Ø Troubleshoot Azure related issues and engage internal teams and vendor for issue resolutions.
