SAP SD KNOWLEDGE (SAP CERTIFIED S/4 HANA SALES 1909):
• Knowledge about configuration of customer complaints, sales process such as Return, Credit/Debit memo request, subsequent Free-of-charge delivery, Delivery free of charge, etc
• Knowledge of configuration of special sales process such as consignments, STO, Third Party Sales Orders.
• Customization knowledge in various areas in SD module including Organization Structure, Logistics General, Logistics Execution
• Practical and System Knowledge of Business Scenarios like Inquiries, Quotations, Contract and Sales Order processing, Partner Determination, Account Groups
• Practical and system knowledge of various scenarios in Sales Order Pricing (both Header & Itemlevel)
• Understand the configuration of the settings required for Partner Determination, Free GoodsDetermination, Material Determination, BOM (Bills of Material), Listing/Exclusions
• Understand the configuration of special billing types such as Credit Memo and Debit Memo
• Understand the range of functionalities like Master data, Order management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing & Stock Management
• Understanding on the topics like Credit Management, AATP, Movement Types, A/C Entries, Route Determination, Revenue A/c determination
• Understanding of Delta changes in SAP HANA over ECC system
