 Worked with team to accomplish Patch Upgrade, Cloning and platform improvement activities. Title: Mylan ServiceNow Responsibilities: The project was designed to provide an ITSM tool for Mylan Client.

 Worked on Enhancements, Requests, Incidents, Access Management, Licensing, Performance Analytics Reporting, Patch Upgrade and Cloning for Mylan client.

 Worked as Developer to Handling all the project responsibilities and meetings with client.

 Worked with team to accomplish Patch Upgrade, Cloning, Enhancements, Performance Analytics Reporting.

 Involved in development, unit testing, code review and Technical Design Document. Title: L2 Support Responsibilities: L2 Sustaining Support for Surf application of all tracks such as Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Legal, Professional Services etc.

 Analyzing and resolving incidents to continue with normal service operations. Implementing required fix in the form of configuration or code changes.

 Supported team of 6 members with technical understanding and solutions.

 Involved in Analysis and issue fixing and RCA.

 Responsible for solution designing, bug fixes, development, proposing & implementing best practices, writing scalable code.
