Hi Team, 

I'm currently working as a freelance/contractual content writer with over 8 years of experience in Content and Communications. Previously, I have worked with Magicbricks & SquareYards, two real estate aggregator firms where my role entails taking care of all marketing & social media content, sales deck, brochure, training content, video scripts, etc. 

Prior, I have worked with Amazon.com where I was responsible for taking care of communication for the third-party merchants' team. After moving to Delhi, I've worked with Snapdeal as a Senior Content Writer - Customer Experience team, where I have taken care of all modes of communication that go to the customer, improving customer experience, customer retention, and project launches. I have also worked with TCNS Clothing as a full-timer and freelancer, where I took care of all the content requirements for both W and Aurelia. 

I am a dependable team player with an honest work ethic. 

I graduated from the Manipal Institute of Communications and hold a B.A. Journalism and Communications degree.
