JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
· Recruitment & selection which includes applicant screening, telephonic interview, checking Communication skills, stability, confidence level, checking the fitment
· Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, different job portals and referrals
· Actively involved with the recruitments for various Non IT positions for numerous companies for PAN India location.
· Familiar in short listing the resumes, conducting HR interview, salary negotiation and follow-up till joining.
· Responsible for handling middle, senior and management positions.
· Ensuring the expected hiring quality standards as prescribed by the client.
· Interacting between the clients and candidates on scheduling interviews.
· Actively taking part in salary negotiations and convincing candidates for the offer
· Doing a quality check on profiles that are being submitted by recruiters for client requirements.
· Employee Engagement Activities-Handling birthday celebrations of the employees as well as festivals
