Responsibility: Involved in Support activities.

Role Support Analyst

StarBev

StarBev is the Central and Eastern European brewing group. It is using several applications like Spectrum/SPOt application, Cognos Corporate Finance Reports application and LIMS application.  

Responsibility: Involved in support activities.

StarBev – Spectrum/SPOt Application

SPOt application provides users with access to run reports accessed through a web browser. Users can change the selection criteria themselves. These reports could provide help in managing the environment.

Responsibility:

Giving support for all StarBev users like creating access for VPO/SPOt application, modifying/removing access, Cube Reports Generation and Scheduling the Reports.

Involved in Support activities.

StarBev – Cognos Corporate Finance Reports Application

Cognos Corporate Finance Reports Application is used for Western, Central, Eastern Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.

This application to detail the Finance Reports for daily, weekly and monthly basis. It is able to produce Cognos Reportnet Reports with detailed information for the above domains.

 Responsibility: Involved in Support activities.

StarBev – LIMS Application (Laboratory Information Management System)

LIMS application is a Product which is used for maintaining the Laboratory Information. It is an integrated system combines the data capture, data analysis, reporting and management functions, which are linked by common data repository.

Responsibility: Involved in enhancement and Support activities.

Reporting Tool: Business Objects XI Rel.2
