JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Ø Design of Pressure vessel as per ASME SEC-VIII.

Ø Familiar to International codes and standards

Ø Detailed Functional Schedules for Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Ordering, Manufacturing & Delivery, Construction phases of the Alkaline and PEM Units.

Ø Quality Assurance and approval of final manufactured items.

Ø Study of P&ID, GA Drawings, and detailed engineering for construction & erection.

Ø Preparation of Equipment list, Technical Datasheets.

Ø Follow-up & Review of Engineering documents & drawing submitted by vendors.

Ø Preparation of technical specifications & Enquiry documents in line with technical & contractual requirement of the project.

Ø Planning and management of material purchase in line with technical requirement of the Alkaline and PEM Units.

Ø Floating the technical enquiry to vendors for bought out items. Development of vendors and vendor database.

Ø Techno-commercial evaluation of vendor's offer, Cost Analysis & Negotiation and preparation of comparative statements.

Ø Coordination with Client, Contractors & Site officials for timely execution of project.

Ø Preparation of Monthly Progress Report (MPR).

Ø Analysis of project performance.

Ø Preparation of technical & commercial offer for PEM.
