● Responsible for manpower planning for various departments
● Planning human resource requirements in consultation with different departments and organizing the interviews.
● Arranging the induction program for new joiners and responsible for documentation.
● Issuing of Offer and appointment letters to the new joiners.
● Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
● Managing Monthly attrition reports.
● Calculating and processing the salaries of employees.
● As per the organization need and goal periodically preparing the new policies. Taking responsibility for executing the same.
● Identifying training needs of different departments and organizing internal training programs and getting feedback from employees.
● Evaluation of performance of employees halfyearly and yearly.
● Discussion regarding performance appraisal with both employees and departmental heads.
● Providing appraisal reports to the employees.
● Preparation of promotion/increment letters based on the appraisal.
● Handling general administrative activities.
● Plays active role in fun and entertainment activities of the organization.
● Preparing yearly cultural calendar and organize activities as per the calendar.
● Conducting exit interviews, employee final settlements, relieing procedure and employee coordination
