I am working as a Team Lead in EDR. I have knowledge of searching active and passive candidates for our consulting clients. Also have experience of leading a team of 6-7 research associates and quality check (QC) the work done by them. Coaching, Mentoring and guiding the team constantly to met the targets/goals as per requirement.
• Good Experience on job portals; Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, LinkedIn, Indeed, Techfetch, internet search, Boolean strings search.
• Ability to understand the technical requirement.
• Experience in candidate short-listing, passive search. Good knowledge of handling several database like PCR, CAPS.
• Work extensively with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good Team player with Interpersonal and oral communication skills in English.
