Responsibilities:
· Prepares and then follows up on any RFQ & quotations made for clients in SAP, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
· Prepare Sales orders, Delivery notes and the invoice the same in SAP.
· Prepare various MIS and Sales report as require by the management.
· Assists the sales team, managing schedules and sales documentation.
· Organizes and creates an effective business support service for administrative procedures, ensuring that accuracy and timeliness are the key priorities.
· Act as a central point of contact for staff regarding general personnel queries. Liaise with central support functions for advice and guidance
· Under direction of local management, provides day-to-day business support to the sales organization

Sr. Cash Analyst

Responsibilities:
· Review the forecast performance of assigned ATMs to determine how to improve the accuracy of the forecast in Opti cash Tool.
· Doing cash demand planning for the HDFC bank, Kotak bank.
· Analyze daily forecast based on the daily cash dispense along with previous cash dispense pattern in Opti cash.
· Solely responsible for improving forecast of New ATM Machines installed.
· Provide periodical forecast improvement results to bank directly and to understandtheir needs.
Liaise with bank on daily operation requirement based on forecast of daily cash replenishment schedules.
· Ensure the cash management operation runs smoothly for the assigned ATM’s.
· Ensure that SLA target for the turnaround and quality is achieved for the team.
· Ensure process compliance with approved Procedure & Work Instruction Manual at the process level received from the Customer.
