Hello,

Im Akansha Singh, 34 years old. Im a sales & BD professional for more than 6 years now. My last organization was Delsk group, Beijing. My primary role at Delsk included leading a sales team of 7-8 members through which we cover the 

entire West and South of India. My role required me to set goals for the team and manage the team 

effectively to achieve those goals. During my two years of stay at Delsk, I have built business 

partnerships with over 200 channel partners across various parts of India. We have managed to build a 

formidable network of partners through whom we condut our business of reaching out to clients to sell 

overseas investments

In my current role, I have quickly moved up the ranks to take up the role of regional manager. While I 

was hired as a sales personnel, the management team was appreciative of my work and promoted me 

from amongst the team to take over a leadership role. 

I thoroughly enjoy work that requires generating new leads and exploring fresh business opportunities. I 

believe in taking complete ownership of tasks and roles assigned to me. I have excelled both as an 

individual performer as well as a team player.

I have more than six years of experience across business development, sales and team management role 

across various industries including immigration, education and Technology services. I also have had a 

brief stint of enterpreneurship where I started and managed my own business. 

I feel that I possess a multitude of what is required for this role. For my next role I can assure sincere and tangible contributions from a progressive and tenacious mind
