-Working days: Monday to Friday                                                                      

- Reports to Key Account Manager

- Shift Timing: 7:30 To 4:30 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams

Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

·       At least 2-8 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing.

·       Should have a Working experience with US Clients/Vendors.

·       Must have experience in the full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries &   interviews, the closing of candidates, and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

·       Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US client’s requirements.

·       Regularly interacting with the Account Manager to understand the requirements.

·       Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.

·       Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.

Required kills and Competencies  

·       Sound knowledge of the IT Industry.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.

·       Excel, Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Word.

·       Experience in tax terms, negotiations, and building relationships.

·       Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.

·       Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

·       Excellent communication skills and well-versed with all kinds of US Visa and Tax terms (W2,1099 and C2C).

·        If working with implementation partners such as Insight Global, Apex systems, TEKsystems, Experis, Modis, HCL, Hexaware, and Cognizant is a big plus.
