Mobile Tester – Appium & Javascript

Exp : 2-6 Years

Job Description

Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Define standards best practices for STLC to support agile development processes
Extensive experience in end-to-end manual testing of web and mobile application (android/iOS)
Defect Tracking/Reporting: Provide accurate and reproducible qualitative defect reporting, and quality metrics with project core teams
Test Automation: Design and implement reusable automated test frameworks to drive test automation goals and to support continuous integration and regression testing. Also, to be able to utilize and extend existing test automation test harnesses
Good Experience with any of test automation tools – Appium and preferably knowledge of a JS based test framework like CodeCeptJS.
Knowledge of Cucumber BDD
Extensive experience with the following types of testing: static, dynamic, black/white box, automated regression, build verification, etc
Beginner to medium coding ability in JavaScript (ECMAScript 6)
Security/Performance/load testing would be an advantage
Familiar with Agile Methodologies like Scrum, JIRA board
