Job Description: Data Science Engineer

Position Overview:
The Data Science Engineer will play a critical role in leveraging data analytics, machine
learning, and automation to enhance our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in data science and engineering, with hands-on experience in Microsoft
Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps), Prompt Engineering, and
the development of both voice and chat BOTs.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform,
including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
 Design and build conversational AI solutions (voice and chat BOTs) to improve
customer engagement and operational efficiency.
 Utilize prompt engineering techniques to optimize BOT performance and user
interaction.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and
translate them into technical solutions.
 Perform data analysis, modeling, and predictive analytics to support business
initiatives.
 Maintain and optimize existing data science models and applications.
 Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science, AI, and
automation.
 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a Data Science Engineer or similar role.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power
Apps).
 Strong understanding of prompt engineering and its applications in AI and BOT
development.
 Hands-on experience in developing voice and chat BOTs using tools like Microsoft
Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or similar platforms.
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
 Experience with data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-
learn).
 Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.
 Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
 Experience with agile development methodologies.
