Immediate joiner for Salesforce Business Analyst
We are looking for highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, the primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, gather requirements, write user stories using Salesforce capabilities, and manage the backlog. The SF BA must work closely with business stakeholders and other team members to meet business requirements. Furthermore, SF BA must have extensive knowledge about Salesforce solutions and configuration to add value.

Roles and Responsibilities
·Coordinate with business stakeholders to determine business requirements and interpret them into adaptable Salesforce solutions.
·Make configurable arrangements that include workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
·Manage backlog by creating user stories by gathering requirements.
·Develop and keep up salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications).
·Educates and promotes CRM standard strategies to ensure that the solutions delivered are highest in class for the business's large technique and ethos.
·Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.
·Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.
Requirements and Skills
·Excellent knowledge of and demonstrated expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (is a plus).
·Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.
·Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities and the ability to communicate successfully with technical and non-technical customers.
·Ability to grasp clients' requirements from different division and translate/present those demands into a compelling vision and roadmap for clients.
·Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
·Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
