Roles and
Responsibilities:
Must have 6+ years of experience in development, implementation and sustained
support of the BMC Helix IT Service Management system and writing custom
workflows using Remedy forms and objects like Active Links, Filters and
Escalations
Hands on experience in BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix MCB & BMC
Helix iPaaS (Jitterbit) Development & Support
Solid understanding of ITSM processes and Integration techniques.
Strong Knowledge of ITSM Module Like Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work
Order, SLM, Release management
Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer
requirements based on system capability, process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and cultural
challenges
Provide on-going technical assistance, handling incident tickets on a priority
basis, software configuration/customization assistance including, but not limited
to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP
integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
Develop and implement new functionality determined necessary to support ITIL
processes.
Smart IT knowledge & experience
Preventative maintenance, such as performance tuning, archiving.
Should understand Helix architecture
Strong knowledge of Foundation Data
Strong knowledge on DWP/MYIT, AR System Reports
Good knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, Approval Flow
Good Exposure and hands on with Web Service & Rest API integration
Good understanding of Database queries
Open to work in 24X7 Operations
ITIL Foundation is required
Preferable if Spoon Job knowledge
Qualification:
Graduation
ITIL Foundation certified
Any BMC Certification is preferred
Shift time: 24x7
