Golang is mandatory. 6+ years required. Relevant 6 yrs in Golang not mandatory, but a combination with Golang, eg. Dotnet + Golang will also be doable.
Web socket programming (the protocol used in the project) - very good to have, If they don’t have experience then they provide training.
Microservices architecture is very imp, and mandatory because working will be on services
Azures cloud- Azure functions, App services how it works, Redis cache how it works, If not Redis then any caching mechanism works, should know any tool for caching
An individual contributor who can code.
Good experience in Data structures and good problem solving skills is a must.
Don’t, want Architect.
A good software engineer who has strong programming skills.
