PHP Developer (Vuejs) -2:30PM to 11:30PM IST

Responsibilities include: 

● Expanding and maintaining our Shopware 6 extension portfolio from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the design of the elements to configurability and function 

● Working with a version control system(VCS) like GIT 

● Creating Shopware 6 administrative and storefront components by using standard PHP/HTML5/JS/SCSS practices 

● Integrating data from various back-end services and databases 

● Processing technical customer support Job brief We are looking for an outstanding Full-Stack PHP Developer to be responsible for maintaining, expanding and providing support of our Shopware 6 extension portfolio.

 Responsibilities 

● Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices which include but are not limited to: ○ Test Driven Development (TDD) ○ Following Symfony coding standards (https://symfony.com/doc/current/contributing/code/standar ds.html)

 ● Expanding and maintaining our Shopware 6 extension portfolio from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the design of the elements to configurability and function, 

● Create the administration layout/user interface using technologies like Vue JS, XML, HTML and SCSS, 

● Create the user facing layout/user interface using technologies like ES6, TWIG, HTML and SCSS, 

● Integrate data from various back-end services and databases using technologies like PHP and MySQL 

● Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs 

● Create and maintain software documentation,

 ● Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

 ● Collaborating with other developers of the team 

● Working with project management software like Monday or Asana 

● Working with feature branches on the GIT version control system and making pull requests to allow review of the code 

● Handling incoming support queries via our support system, using fluent and friendly English communication and a strong understanding and empathy of the customers’ needs and requirements; Requirements and skills

 ● Top-notch programming skills and over 5 years working experience in PHP, ES6 and Vue JS programming and the usage of the Symfony framework

 ● A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices 

● Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development ● Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools ● Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process ● Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills ● Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen ● Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
