Job Description

Campaign reporting executive

The executive will work with the marketing team in supporting the campaign tracking and reporting for global markets

 

 Job function:

  • The resource will help us by coordinating with team members on creating actual campaign codes based on our campaign strategy
  • Updating the CRF – budget shuffle between the channel/markets/campaigns, additional budget CRF creation
  • Maintaining the final UTM strings that need to be passed to the dataroma report
  • Validation of transactions reported from Affiliate channels vs MIS report and google analytics report
  • Creating the PAT forms against the invoices generated for respective channels and take through the approval process
  • Helping the marketing team with on time payments to Affiliate and other channels

 

Skills required

1. Accounts background who can understand invoices, payments, approval process, etc.

2. Strong excel background- pivot tables, macros, power query, v-lookups

3. Good communication skills

 

Eligibility

1. Bachelor degree from accounts

2. Jr to Mid level - Min 2-7 years of experience
