PHP Lead (7-9 Years)

Role Description:

Looking for a PHP Lead responsible for the development and maintenance of back-end services. The primary focus will be on designing and building solutions for enterprise applications. Should be able to mentor and provide technical assistance to other developers.

Responsibilities:

• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

• Help team with technical challenges

• Code review and deployment

• Technical documentations

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge in any of the PHP Framework

• Understanding of MVC design patterns

• Creating optimized database schema that represents and supports business processes

• Database Design, MySQL query optimization, Performance Tuning

• Knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous integration) process

• Good understanding of web application scalability and performance

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML5, and CSS3

• Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming

• Strong knowledge in creating REST-based web services

• Understanding of microservice architecture

• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good to have Hands-on working with AWS toolsets

• Knowledge of Linux/Shell commands

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages

• Proficient understanding of Git

• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments

• Willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible, and, team-oriented environment

• Willingness to learn new technologies

• Effective time management, coordination skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.

• Reverse Engineering skills

• Experience in Agile development process & Tools
