Project #1 :Vitech V3 system for Allstate

Role : Software Developer

Client : Allstate

Description :

Vitech Asia is a subsidiary of Vitech group which is a US based product development company.

V3 is a benefits administration product which enables various clients to easily manage

their employee benefits such as insurance, claims, disbursements, death benefits.

Clients include Allstate, MetLife and other Insurance majors in the US.

The current project is to customize the V3 product to our client Allstate as per their

business requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

• Worked on creating Classes,Interfaces as per the Project Scenarios.
• Written code for accessing the data from the database in DAO, Service layers.
• Worked on writing APIs in Spring boot using JPA.
• Involved in Testing the APIs from Postman tool.
• Involved in preparing functional specification documents As per requirement.
• Used Spring Data JPA to persist the data into database and written queries to access/update the database.

A reconciliation manager in an in-house project is responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for. This may involve reconciling accounts, verifying financial data, and resolving discrepancies in financial records.All Back end REST transactions Implemented in Java 8, Spring Boot, and MySQL

The role of a reconciliation manager in an in-house project can vary depending on the nature and scope of the project. In some cases, the reconciliation manager may be responsible for overseeing the entire financial reconciliation process, from identifying discrepancies to developing and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in the Scrum calls on daily basis.
• Involved in all the issues and enhancements related to the Reconciliation Manager.
• Analyzing and validating source data provided by the client and creating the issue list if any data inconsistency exists.
