Support :Roles and Responsibility
➢ Resolved tickets in SD functional area, it includes analysis of the problem, interaction with the user to gather information required for ticket resolution. Prepare solution document to guide the user and user training for the delta change.
➢ Worked on complete E2E setup of Inter-Company STO.
