It’s a Web based system where users can manage all things according to their roles & permissions. Like Admin will be able to manage organizations and their staff members. Managers will be able to manage tasks for all of their staff members. Everyday tasks will be scheduled for employees which need to be completed. System keepstrack ofall tasks assigned to each & every staff member of all of the organization. Staff members will be monitored by the beacon (which is a bluetooth device) assigned to all staff members using the gateway(Which is also a bluetooth device) which will help to throw logs of user activity on the socket channel. Admin will manage new organizations and then those organization admins can manage their team members. Users can join any organization using the organization code which will be provided by their organization.Users outside the organization can also join but then they will have to subscribe the same way organization adminwill subscribe. Users can set their mindset/mood, gratitude and their goals. Organization manages all kinds of intents which is kind of a blog with images which comes based on the selection of the userstate of minds and goals. System has been used by so many organizations so we have managed the RDS database very carefully to be able tomanage all data with best optimization. System fetch those intents on regular intervals for all users using background jobs.
