Discription

Project-1

Notification Plus:

The requirement of this project was to send an email regarding updates of any changes on the backend to the admin of their web app and to provide an end point via a node js express that schedules particular crons to send the updates on change edit of data in the backend. We used the pgsql & socket client to create subscriptions on the node app and created end points for certain tables in the backend. On change of any data in the backend the subscription would return the changed tables data that was further sent in an email using the AWS SES to the user with admin role on the app.

Following technologies used in this project:-

  1. NodeJS + Express for Rest API’s.
  2. Pgsql
  3. AWS SES, and Azure Services for Mobile Notification and Subscriptions.
  4. CI/CD Pipeline with Github for Auto Deployment

  3. Host- AWS(EC2 Instance)
  4. Set up a SQL database in a Docker container
  5. Deploy the Hasura and Database Docker instance in the EC2 Instance.
  6. Reduce the load of EC2 site by using AWS ELB Load Balancer
  7. Git Auto Deploy to server (CI/CD)
  8. For Backend we used Lambda with Node js
  9. For file upload we used S3 Bucket with lambda for creating serverless rest api’s.
  10. For logger we used Splunk

Project-3
