Project description:

Pumper pal is an e-commerce web application that creates a platform for users to request septic tank cleaning services. End Users will request its service by registering their account with the website and providing their details like name, contact number, address, and location. The Administration team will review their request, reach out to their partnering team servicing at the user location, and schedule a service appointment as per availability and user’s convenience. These details will be communicated to the user via email and text messages.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implemented REST Endpoints required for login page, forgot password, create a new account, and social authentications as per the client requirement.
I’ve put my hands on developing a few microservices that are responsible for the Project.
Involved in testing my Backend API using mock requests and responses with the help of Postman.
Implemented best code by following all the standards using code quality tools like SonarQube.
Timely interaction with the client to know the business requirement and prepare required software specifications.
Setting up the environment and creating base project architecture.
Using various third-party plugins and tools to perform my unit testing and integration testing.

A CRM solution helps to focus on the organization’s relationships with individual people — including customers, service users, colleagues, or suppliers throughout its lifecycle with them, including finding new customers, winning their business, and providing support and additional services throughout the relationship.

Involved in implementing Restful web services required for payroll, pay slips, and leaves for HR, registration, and user management microservices.
