Performance Manager is a common component of Industry Solution that focuses on transforming the work in operations management of refining facilities. It consists of the following modules and components:
A. Industry Console: Is a client-based framework like Operations Console, but this is created out of Angular framework. This is where all solutions can be merged into a single user experience
B. Decision Manager: A component that provides the ability to capture cases, track and manage them through their life cycle
C. Event Manager: A module for events operations. It provides the ability to select multiple events for one case, and provides an analysis charts by assets, type, frequency and so on
D. KPI Manager: A component that provides the ability to connect to different data sources, ability to define calculated variables and key performance indicators (KPIs) with boundaries and store
E. Operations Data Management (ODM): A component that provides the ability to federate multiple asset models into a unified mode
The AVEVA Optimization Monitor software is a visualization feature that presents AVEVA Process Optimization-specific variables from online simulation and optimization runs to process engineers and operators. It presents information that is specific to AVEVA Process Optimization runtime results in a series of intranet websites (that is, websites that are hosted on and accessible within the plant and corporate networks). This information includes runtime and convergence summaries, base operating case and optimization moves, and operating and optimization limits and constraint variables. The AVEVA Optimization Monitor software provides both high-level views across multiple AVEVA Process Optimization online instances as well as drill-down capability within the websites to allow operators and engineers to view optimizer runtime details at the various plant and unit levels.
