Admin- admin module with dashboard, masters, product master, claim master, user management, Account.
Suvidha Center – Various services like GSTIN, GST Return, Income tax return, Pan Card, Passport, Travel, Insurance
Operation – Process all services data as per assigned service to the operation executive.
HR - Assign State Head and Approve Suvidha Centers and Assign operation executive. Sales Module – User Module with login, inquiry management, and documentation.
Operation Insurance Module – Policy documentation, collection, claim, field executive assignment. Process product closed the inquiry, accept the document, and prepare policy for client product to add a client. Policy currier, the proposer, insured details also policy cancelation.

Claim – process claim against client product, submit a claim, approve the claim
Client module – The client can see all product policies taken, can see payment against that, and also submit a claim against the policy from his log-in.
