Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with OIC Experience

Location: Pune (Preferred)

Job Type: (Full-time/Part-time/Contract)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in implementing and integrating Oracle Fusion applications, and a deep understanding of OIC to support complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Fusion Implementation:

Lead the technical implementation of Oracle Fusion Applications (Financials, SCM, etc.).

Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules as per business requirements.

Develop and deploy extensions using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Application Development Framework (ADF).

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC):

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud.

Build and manage integration flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and connections.

Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Technical Development:

Develop complex technical components including interfaces, reports, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).

Utilize Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and other relevant programming languages for custom development.

Create technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

  • Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in Oracle Fusion technical consulting.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and building integration solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (Financials, SCM, HCM   etc.).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, XSLT, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and understanding of data migration between EBS and Fusion is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Certification in Oracle Fusion or Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Experience with other Oracle Cloud technologies (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BI Publisher).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
