PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Working as Process shift in charge at ITC PSPD, badhrachalam, Telangana since last 4 years [july2018-persent].

 Working as shift in charge for stock preparation and paper machine and looking after line productivity with quality, manpowerhandling and coordination with cross functional department.

 Optimization of process parameters for improving productivityandreducing production cost.

 good knowledge of digestor (Reactor) using in pulp mill, chemical recovery, Chlorine dioxide plant etc.

 Exposure of safety system, HIRA, ISO, TPM, process andstandardhazards

HAZOP. PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

 Handling and working of Heat exchanger, Pumps, deairationvessels, vacuum pump, cooling towers, Dryers, Filtersintheprocess.  Looking after chemical actions in wet end.

 Supervising and managing centrally operated programmablelogiccontrolling (PLC) system and quality control system(QCS) andDCS.

 Having good knowledge of unit operations and flows.
