Description:

Accolade Wines founded in 1853, it is a major global wine business with headquarters in South Australia . It has been owned by the Carlyle Group, an American private equity company, since 2018. Accolade has more than 1700 employees around the world, with operations in North America, United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing updates to the management on daily scrum calls.
• As part of JDE up-gradation to JDE 9.2, involved in SSRS reports re-point to JDE 9.2 and fixed issues in the reports level and SQL code level.
• Preparing and sending the "Governance BI" report to the management on weekly basis.
• Monitoring the Wherescape Red jobs, Cognos jobs and taking necessary action on any of the failed/long running jobs.
• Distributing assignments to the team.
• Having screen sharing session and Teams calls with the users to debug the issues.
• Developing the new SSRS reports as per the users requirement and delivering the developed reports.
• In Landesk created incidents for any of the issues communicated over mail. Created Change Requests for any of the SSRS reports migration from DEV to PROD environment and for developing the new SSRS reports.
• Taking necessary action on the incidents like transferring the incident to the respective team, assigning to the team members and changing status of the incidents accordingly.
• Fixing the issues in Cognos and SSRS reports which was reported by the users.
• Based on the request Granting, Removing access to users to the Cognos and SSRS reports.

Description:

ITAC means India Tax and Compliance Reporting, this is all about the employee information like headcount of the employees, location, band, status, department, etc. We use to send the specific reports on weekly and monthly basis to the management. They will do auditing and get back to us for any of the issues, modifications and changes required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Created the Model in Framework Manager by deriving the Views from Database, created the relationship between the tables and published the package into Cognos connection.
• Actively participated in scrum calls on daily and weekly basis.
• Done the code level changes if required any.
• Sending the information to the management on weekly and monthly basis.
• Created the Date prompts, Value prompts and Text box prompts as per the requirement.
• Done the code migration from Cognos DEV to UAT and from Cognos UAT to PROD environments using Motio CI.
• Done the validation post migrating the code from one environment to another environment.
• In Report Studio created the Required and Optional filters.
• Created String and Boolean variables to show/hide the respective prompts in the prompt page.
• Created different types of reports like List and Crosstab.
• Distributing the work to the team and clarifying the queries if they have any.
• Communicating updated status with the management.
