Performing dual responcibilities of functional ownershipof securities market operations out of GGN and project management across GIO. Spearhead securities and cash confirmation and settlement for markets and products managed out of Gurgaon and related projects . Involved in heading the APAC and EMEA market securities confirmation and settlement, money market settlement, Unit trust, and ICS settlement and securities and cash collateral for EMEA markets for Bilateral, ETD and OTC clearing (Margin movements). Operations Risk Management

Facilitate timely review of SOPs, risk events logs ensuring they are updated on regular basis with appropriate controls thus eliminating the gaps identified. Monitor the impact of these initiatives, risks on the operational budget.

Hold multifaceted responsibilities like the creation of daily confirms & settlement rate matrix across products, bi-weekly claims data, and support trading desk, settlements and recs for any queries / partial/ amendments and collateral recalls.

Participate and represent GGN in weekly risk, aged fails management and change management call; facilitate generation of dashboard for confirmation percentage, preparing MIS and reporting to higher management.

Play a pivotal role as a part of the APAC Risk committee preparing and reviewing weekly APAC risk data, organizing weekly risk calls with senior management. Involved across functions to review and close the Op-event ensuring strategic fix in place.

Consult with clients on strategies for identifying hazards, evaluating existing controls and coordinating the delivery of Risk Control services that will assist them in their efforts to reduce or prevent losses.
